PERSONALITY ASSESSMENT
Using industry standard psychological assessment instruments, I generate integrative personality assessment reports for both hiring and skill development purposes. These reports can shape a skill training plan, as well as aid in hiring determinations or be shared with treatment providers to help determine the most effective course of treatment. As a licensed psychologist I integrate various sources of data and formulate in-depth assessment reports.

THREAT ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT
As an ATAP Certified Threat Manager I am one of the few hundred CTMs in the world, striving to maintain the highest industry standard in threat management. The critical key to effective threat management is establishing a well functioning threat assessment team comprised of the right diverse specialties. I have a passion for getting the right members on the team. I also facilitate case management techniques that provide continued support, as well as multifaceted management strategies that prioritize safety and giving individuals tools and skills to protect their physical and mental wellbeing.
WORKPLACE VIOLENCE PREVENTION PROGRAMMING
Through training such as de-escalation techniques, effective communication and how to identify and report concerning behaviors, employees can develop a tool chest for navigating the workplace. Helping individuals understand the importance of speaking up, and increasing situational awareness are preventative interventions to reduce the risk of violence and other problematic situations. Increasing a sense of safety in the workplace is beneficial for wellbeing and productivity.
WORKPLACE MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS CONSULTATION
The mental health and wellbeing of employees is proving to be more important than ever following the sudden impact of the events of 2020. Employee wellbeing impacts the success of a company or agency in many critical ways. Current times have also increased concerns regarding employee substance abuse. Whether it is consultation and training to meet the needs of an entire workforce, or consultation regarding specific circumstances, services are available to meet any employer's needs.

PRE-EMPLOYMENT PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS AND SECOND OPINION EVALUATIONS
FITNESS FOR DUTY EVALUATIONS
I specialize in pre-employment evaluations for civil service positions. I have performed thousands of pre-employment and second opinion psychological evaluations for first responder positions and maintain the requirements to be a psychological evaluator set forth by California POST. In addition to law enforcement applicants, I have extensive experience evaluating candidates for firefighter, corrections and other various safety sensitive positions.
When an individual's mental health presents risk performing safety sensitive job duties and that risk is unable to be mitigated, that prompts a discussion regarding fitness for duty evaluations. Each situation is unique and ideally other interventions can prevent the need for such evaluations. When an evaluation is warranted after other options are exhausted, a fitness for duty evaluation can be conducted.
